Initial training is a comprehensive, 5-day course which meets requirements for Illinois licensure of Asbestos Supervisors and Project Managers. The course features classroom learning and extensive hands-on workshop experience. School personnel can perform limited asbestos O&M maintenance, repairs, and removals with Asbestos Contractor / Supervisor training. Demolition contractors use Asbestos Contractor / Supervisor training to satisfy NESHAP 40 CFR Part 61, Subpart M.
