REGISTRATION POLICY:

IDEAL Environmental Engineering, Inc. (IDEAL) assumes no responsibility to ensure you are required to take any specific course(s) or are registered for the correct course(s). Refresher courses can only be taken for a course that was taken initially. Proof of initial training and/or last refresher course is required and must be brought to class.

SUBSTITUTION:  

Substituting one student for another is allowed at no charge if written notice is to us at least five (5) working days prior to the course.

A $50.00 fee will apply to all other substitutions.

TRANSFER:

The full course fee may be transferred to another course without penalty if written notice of transfer is to us at least 30 days prior to the original course start date. The course fee is non-transferable if 30 days notice is not received.

CANCELLATION AND ATTENDANCE:

IDEAL assumes no responsibility for student attendance. If a student is absent for any duration of the course, that student may not receive credit for the course. A full refund of the course fee will be issued if written notice of cancellation is to IDEAL at least 30 days prior to the course start date. The course fee is non-refundable if 30 days notice of cancellation is not received, including student absence.

IDEAL may cancel any course at any time, and will offer refunds or placement in the next scheduled course.

ASSESSMENTS:
Some courses require students to pass an assessment to receive credit for the course. IDEAL makes no guarantee of student performance.

Any special accommodation(s) required must be requested in writing in a timely manner to IDEAL.
