Asbestos Inspections & Surveillance
AHERA-compliant asbestos management is at the core of what we do. We do original inspections, six-month surveillances, and three-year reinspections. NESHAP-compliant asbestos inspections prior to any renovation or demolition of a school are also at the heart of our services. Inspections are handled by our IDPH-licensed inspection team. Have us reorganize your management plan while we're there!
Asbestos Training
With the right training, you can handle certain small asbestos projects internally prior to renovating; we offer asbestos training including Asbestos Awareness, Asbestos Worker, Supervisor, and Floor Tile Removal courses and refreshers, and more.
Asbestos Removal and O&M Repair
​IDEAL is a licensed Asbestos Abatement Contractor. We operate a 24-hour emergency O&M repair and removal service. Our skilled emergency response crews are courteous and professional. Your emergency is our emergency, and we are prepared to assist you at all times to help ensure the least disruption to your daily operations.

Bleacher Inspections
We are not affiliated with any bleacher manufacturer and have no interest in promoting new bleacher sales. Our inspections follow the International Construction Code 300-2017 Standard for Bleachers, Folding and Telescopic Seating and Grandstands. With our value-added services like bleacher inspections, you can have IDEAL clear your to-do list. Save time and assets by bundling our services, and streamline your compliance tasks.
Lead and Mold
We offer Lead RRP training courses and IDPH-licensed professionals for lead inspections and risk assessments, and also lead-in-water sampling. We also provide trained professionals for Indoor Environmental Quality inspections, where we compare indoor mold samples to what is naturally occurring in the environment.
