Course Details

The EPA requires those who are paid to perform renovations, repairs and painting projects which disturb lead-based paint in homes, apartments, child care facilities and schools built before 1978 to become certified by taking a Lead Renovation, Repair, and Painting (RRP) Course. Initial training is a one-day, 8-hour course. NEW: Personnel at property management companies (PMCs) are required to be trained as well, not just the contractors they hire.
