**This online registration also includes the 8-hour Floor Tile Worker portion of the course, held the first day.** Did you know that school personnel may remove unlimited floor tile with the proper training? Our Floor Tile courses are that training! (At least one individual with Floor Tile Competent Person training must be present during ALL non-friable asbestos floor tile removal activities.) The first day is the 8-hour Floor Tile Worker portion. This course teaches school personnel the requirements and best practices for removing asbestos containing floor tile and mastics in school buildings. There is an exam after the course. The second day is the 4-hour Floor Tile Competent Person portion. This course expands on the previous day's knowledge and covers additional topics such as paperwork and responsibilities of the Floor Tile Competent Person. There is an exam after the course. You MUST attend the first day (8-hour worker portion) in order to be eligible for the 4-hour Floor Tile Competent Person portion. The Zoom meeting link for the course will be sent out the day prior.
